I’m a physical therapist and adventurer helping people build strong, adaptable bodies with simple, science-backed strategies that fit real life.

Like many of us facing the unknown, I lived with uncertainty after diagnosis of brain cancer. After emergency surgery, aggressive treatment with radiation and chemotherapy, and financial struggles, I learned valuable lessons.
Grateful to my community for their support during unstable times, I recognized my luck. I focused on that which I could change and spent my time learning about how to win my health back.
This site is a hub for all I learned by combing research, experimenting, questioning my providers, and taking my health into the hands they belonged: my own.
